The saltwater crocodile is the largest crocodilian and the largest living reptile. Male saltwater crocodiles can reach lengths of 23 feet and females reach lengths of over 10 feet. They have a very large head and very strong jaws. Young saltwater crocodiles are a pale yellow color with black stripes and spots on the body and tail. Adult saltwater crocodiles are a dark color with occasional tan or yellow spots. The underbelly is a pale white color. The saltwater crocodile is able to travel a great distance over open sea.

An adult male saltwater croc can get up to 15 ft and several hundred pounds. There is no such thing as a small saltwater croc, just young ones. They are not really intelligent so to speak but have had several millions of years to evolve into one of the most efficient killers. Only a dumb*ss would EVER want to even think about having one. They do get to be monsterous lizards and will never have any loyalty toward you. Always looking at you as a snack. Thier diet in the wild consists mainly of wildebeasts.
